If you've booked a parking spot, you can check in and out on your own at any time using our check-in/check-out kiosk.
We strive to develop our vacation park in a barrier-free way. We have all the relevant information for a vacation with us at Accessibility compiled.

If you don't want to bring your own bed linen, simply book the required number of linen packs before you arrive. Our comforters have a standard size of 135cm x 200cm, the pillows are 80cm x 80cm.
We are always happy to receive both positive comments and suggestions for improvement from you.
If anything during your stay doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know. You can either speak with us directly at the front desk or send an email to moin@ferienpark-scharbeutz.de. We’re also available 24/7 at our emergency number and will address your concern as soon as possible.

Whether it's a breakfast buffet, lunch, coffee and cake, fresh snacks, or a relaxed dinner—you'll find just the right thing here at any time of day. All dishes are also available for takeout.
You can also look forward to regularly changing buffet nights and seasonal specials.

We do not rent out permanent parking spaces.
Our Digital guest folder gives you a compact overview of all relevant information about our vacation park. Here you can make online requests for a late check-out or fill out the registration form in advance. We have put together operating instructions, fire safety regulations and everything else here.

Right next to the check-in/check-out kiosk, you'll find our ice cream machine, which Baltic Sea Ice Cream Factory. There are lots of delicious ice cream flavors waiting for you there—available around the clock and conveniently self-serve. Perfect for a quick refreshment between meals or as a sweet way to end a day on vacation. 🍦
At the entrance to the vacation park, you’ll find trash containers where you can dispose of your trash for free. There is a disposal station in the front area of the vacation park, across from the reception desk, and another in the back area (near the restroom building) for emptying your wastewater tanks.

For a leisurely bike tour, you are welcome to rent a bike for a daily fee from Tobis wheel Rent a bike. You can't go fast enough on a bike or you just want a little assistance when pedaling? Then simply hire an e-bike and explore the surroundings of the Bay of Lübeck.

In our guest lounge, you have the opportunity to meet up with friends and family at any time. The guest lounge is accessible around the clock. Various board games, a cozy reading corner and a children's play kitchen await you. You can wash your dishes at one of the three sinks or use the hotplates and ovens to prepare a feast for you and your loved ones. Fancy a fondue or raclette? Borrow a device from reception.
And what about Baltic Sea vacations with the Dog? Of course your four-legged friend is welcome on our pitches and in some of our vacation homes.
Great that you want to bring your four-legged friend with you! To make your vacation with us as pleasant as possible, please note that dogs are not allowed on our beds, sofas and chairs. You should not leave your four-legged friend unattended in our vacation homes. It goes without saying that your four-legged friend must be kept on a lead throughout our premises and its droppings must be removed. You are welcome to borrow a food or water bowl from our reception.
Here you'll find a great, fenced-in dog run (next to the playground), a dog shower (near the rear restroom building), and the dog beach isn't far from us.
Our vacation park has a key card system that allows you to open any doors that have been unlocked for you, 24 hours a day.
Have you forgotten something at home despite careful vacation planning? Do you just want to leave the motorhome for a while and go shopping? Are you missing something in your vacation home? Then you can borrow the following items from us for a deposit (subject to availability):
You'll find two charging stations next to the front desk for your electric or hybrid vehicles. You can easily use the charging stations with the „Reev“ app or by scanning the QR code on site.
You don't want to bring everything from home for your vacation? Then you can borrow the following things from us for a fee:
We're here for you from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In case of an emergency, you can reach us even outside of business hours.
You will find in the Baltic Sea Guide lots of information about your vacation with us in Scharbeutz. You'll find an interactive map, events, excursion destinations and the beach traffic light.
One free parking space is reserved per vacation home. Please contact us before arrival if further parking spaces are required. Depending on availability, an additional parking space can be rented for 5 EUR/per night.
Cars and trailers may only be parked in designated parking spaces - not on the parking lots.
Can't find your vacation home or pitch on our site? The following link will navigate you directly to the rental property. Enter the name of your rental property in the search bar at the top right and off you go. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public buildings and vacation homes. If you want to have a smoke on your pitch or terrace - fire away.

Our lidos and guest lounge are cleaned twice a day. However, if it is not to your satisfaction, we apologize for this and would be pleased if you would inform us. We will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Are you traveling by bus or train? If you let us know in good time, we will be happy to pick you up from Scharbeutz station or take you there. We ask for your understanding if we are unable to offer this service due to capacity utilization.

Our playground with its bouncy cushions and climbing frame is not just for our younger guests. With table tennis and table football, there is also something for older children. You can put your balance to the test on our slackline.
Want a little variety and some action? Or maybe you’d like to start your day with yoga on the beach? Under „Activities,“ you’ll find all the information you need.
Rest and relaxation on the beach or active on the skating rink and dune golf?

Our electricity on the pitches is charged at 0.80 EUR/kWh according to consumption.
With us you can organize conferences in a relaxed atmosphere. Get in touch and we will put together a customized offer for you.
Would you like to send vacation greetings to your loved ones? You will find a free postcard from the vacation park at our reception. Of course, you can also bring your written and stamped letters and postcards to our reception team and we will take care of the rest. We do not sell stamps.
The 24/7 vending machine featuring great regional products from partner farmers in and around the town of Scharbeutz. Here you'll find fresh and delicious eggs and pasta from the mobile chicken coop of Eggsquisit from Wulfsdorf. A diverse selection of products is available for you - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From honey and barbecue meat to sun cream, you'll find everything here.
See for yourself! You will find the vending machine in the front area of our vacation park.
You don't have to miss out on anything during your vacation - we've got you covered! You have WLAN access throughout the vacation park.
In our wash house at the back of the vacation park, you can now wash and dry your laundry conveniently using WeWash.
Simply scan the QR code on the machine, reserve the desired time and pay directly online - via PayPal or credit card.
As soon as the washing or drying process is complete, you will receive a notification and can pick up your laundry flexibly.
Tip: If you visit us often, you can register with WeWash - you can even reserve washing machines in advance and organize your next wash even faster.
No registration necessary, no change - just clean laundry, very uncomplicated.
Please note: You still have to bring your own detergent :)
Would you like to read your magazine conveniently on your smartphone or tablet? Then you can download the free app Sharemagazines from the AppStore or Google Play. As soon as you are in our Wi-Fi network, you can access a large selection of magazines and daily newspapers free of charge.
You are welcome to camp on our caravan pitches. Camping and overnight stays in an awning are not possible on our motorhome pitches.
