You’ll never meet most of them—and yet you’ll still notice they were there: in the clean vacation home, the well-maintained paths and green spaces, and the heating system that’s working again. That’s why we’re introducing them to you here.

Our front desk team knows the park inside and out and has an answer for almost every question—or knows who does.
Housekeeping
To ensure your vacation home looks exactly as you imagined it when you arrive: Our housekeeping team inspects every home before your arrival.
The housekeeping staff is usually gone by the time you arrive—but you can tell they were there.
Always on the Job
TECHNOLOGY
Repairs, maintains, and builds—usually before anyone even notices that something is missing. From a dripping faucet to the heating system that needs to be turned back on in the fall.
Is something broken?
Just let the front desk know—they'll forward it directly to our technical team.

The Scharbeutz Vacation Park offers year-round vacation fun right on the Baltic Sea. With 87 cozy vacation homes, nearly 100 campsites for RVs and trailers, and a large children’s playground, we create unforgettable vacation memories—just a few steps from the sea.
To strengthen our housekeeping team, we are looking for a Home Inspector (m/f/d) full-time or part-time.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Previous experience in housekeeping or building cleaning is a plus—we also warmly welcome candidates changing careers
- You work carefully, reliably, and independently
- You have a keen eye for cleanliness and quality
- Team spirit, dedication, and a friendly demeanor are what set you apart
- Flexibility and a sense of responsibility round out your profile
We need you here
- Inspection of the cleaned vacation homes before our guests arrive
- Restocking the vacation homes with linens, supplies, and equipment
- Monitoring and Quality Assurance for Our External Cleaning Company
- Laundry service for the vacation homes, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting
- Performing deep cleanings as needed
- Ensuring Our Hygiene and Quality Standards
- Close collaboration with our housekeeper

Your Mission
- You are the first point of contact for our guests and make sure they feel comfortable from the very first moment
- You'll learn everything there is to know about bookings, reservations, and the organization of a modern vacation park
- You'll plan recreational activities, help out at events, and contribute your own ideas
- You'll gain exciting insights into marketing, social media, and guest services
- You'll work with all departments and get to know the vacation park from A to Z
What You'll Bring to the Table
- A good secondary school diploma or a higher school diploma
- Enjoys working with people and is eager to work as part of a team
